Fly Now Pay Later recently announced a new partnership with TUI, a leading travel company, to provide TUI customers with a more innovative way to pay for their vacations in instalments. As part of this project, I assisted in the design of the user flow to allow customers to easily complete their payments on the website channel.
Customers scanned a QR code in-store, which took them to a page where they could enter their phone numbers for easy tracking. TUI is able to provide more flexibility and convenience to its customers by implementing this new payment solution, while also improving the overall travel experience.
