SaaS Portal

I worked on improving the SaaS portal dashboard at Fly Now Pay Later, which serves as the main platform for customers to manage their accounts. One of the most important aspects of this project was listening to our users' needs and feedback in order to identify areas where we could improve the user experience. As a UX/UI Designer, I enjoyed learning the friction points customers encountered to get their virtual cards, manage their balances and expenses, and pay back their loans. By conducting user research and gathering feedback, we made meaningful improvements to the dashboard that addressed our customers' pain points and improved the overall user experience.Our primary objective for improvement was to make the information architecture simpler and more user-friendly. We also worked on making the dashboard design more consistent with the app and checkout UI by incorporating design library components.
